Yes - especially if you are over 40! I listened to the audiobook - she reads it herself-- and laughed so hard while walking my dog. People at the park wanted to know what I was listening to since there isn't too much to laugh at these days.

Yes, definitely~ I'm a little younger than the target audience for this book (I'm in my early 30s), but there were still parts I laughed out loud at because they were so relatable.
