Konnie One Day by David Nicholls may give you the same feeling. It's one of my favorite books.

Nia James Patterson's First Love

erin I haven't read it yet, but it looks like the "The Fault in Our Stars."

Heather Try "Forever, Interrupted" by Taylor Jenkins Reid. It's a different plot but gave me the same feeling when reading.
