Gabriella asked:

Is there any kind of romantic relationships in this book (any kind)? If so is there anything explicit (more than kissing?)

Maria Rose Yeah, there is a romantic relationship of a kind involving the main character but there's nothing X-rated more on terms with a Charlotte Bronte novel because of all the surveillance.
Matthew Stevens A couple kissing scenes, nothing more.
Mallory There are a few romantic relationships mentioned in the book, one central to the plot, another that strongly influences the events of the book, and one that is just briefly mentioned for a minor character. None of them involve anything explicit- just kissing, and even that is pretty minimal.
Roxanne There is, nothing more than kissing.
☀︎El In Oz☀︎ the book has not yet come out so nobody would know.
