It was never actually published. It has a published date and an ISDB number but for some reason, it prematurely got the axe when they shut down setting. Not sure why since was supposed to have been published in November 2010 and Lady Ruin actually was published in December 2010. Possibly it hit a snag in the process so they just cut it. Which sucks since it's the last book of the trilogy. I imagine it's also why, unlike the rest of their catalog, they didn't make the other 2 books into ebooks.
