What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Daphne Loveling Literally the readers. I absolutely love my contact with them. I love being a writer in an era where it's possible for someone to message me in so many ways. I would have loved to be able to do that when I was a little kid. I remember writing to one of my favorite authors when I was a child, and she never wrote back! I was so sad! Readers are *the* number one most important aspect of writing to me. After all, if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have this career!
