Perseverance is a wonderful character trait and this book helps you flesh that out. Hope could have given up and been very discouraged with a mother who was a deadbeat. But she waitressed with her aunt, moved far away and got to know a whole new set of friends and a new place to work. Persevere in everything - even hope in Christ and your life will be better off! Look up Colossians chapter 1 verses 22 and 23 and read about perseverance in your life!
