Melissa I've tried the Cocoa Snaps recipe from Strawberry Shortcake Murder (book #2). They are very good! But the first time I made them I used the wrong kind of cocoa powder. It didn't specify in the recipe in the book to use non-dutch process cocoa powder and all I had on hand was dutch process. They had a good flavor but had a bitter aftertaste and were pretty crumbly. I realized the mistake and made them again with non-dutch process cocoa powder and they were sooo good!
