Avid That we think we’re better at reading people (strangers) than we really are, and why that may not be such a bad thing in the big picture, but can be devastating in some specific cases, which are discussed in the book.
Annis There are things we should think about when approaching and interacting with "strangers": who they are, who we are, the influence and possible repercussions of the time, place, circumstances.
