Yes. There are a few poetic descriptions of sexual encounters/desire from poets and authors, and a few swear words in quoted primary sources, but nothing that would be considered excessive by today's standards (ie., you get relatively the same amount of swearing/sexual mentions in Catcher in the Rye or Tom Sawyer).
