It's so gooooood. But I recommend you read the first four books in the Night Huntress series where we have Denise best friend, Catherine Crawfield, as the main character. Beacuse you'll spoil yourself if you read this book before the night huntress :) I really love the books and higly, higly recommend these books! So good <3

I loved the book all on its own without having read the previous storyline. Now it's left me hungry to go back and read the others.
