Hey, Amie! There's one thing I've always been wondering about... How did you come up with the name "Tarver Merendsen"? I mean, I haven't heard of that one before, it's just so special, but in a really, really good way, of course. He's definitely book boyfriend material. Amie Kaufman Hi! It's really strange -- sometimes characters just seem to turn up with their names already there, and they just introduce themselves. I actually thought I'd completely made up the name Tarver, and then after we'd finished writing I found out it meant "tower", which is so fitting for such a strong character!
