I'm about a quarter of the way through. There is a previously ended romantic relationship that is part of the story, but it doesn't seem to be a centerpiece of the plot, as Alissa indicates below.

There is, by Quercus but it's due on 2 Oct 2014 (ASIN: B00L7SLSXM), it will be available in less than a week on amazon uk. The main plot is not about a romantic relationship, but the book has very intriguing elements about love.
