Yes there is. I saw it in a book+movie class. It's old, don't know if you can stream it.
Very atmospheric movie. The boys were taken to an island, given descriptions of their characters, and filmed being boys. The actor playing Piggy was shunned even outside of the movie. I don't think that would be allowed now.
