Who knows? She says she is working on it but the dates keep changing (whether this is her, an assisant or publisher).
The down side is that if it occurred once, fans might be a bit sad but mostly be ok.
But the impression seems to be with many fans (and now ex-fans) is that she, an assistant or publisher are saying it's coming out and then they (the fans / ex-fans) feel like her (or her camp) are going "Haha got ya!" or something to that effect and thus feel ripped off...
