Krista Noorman Hi Colleen. Not sure which book you are specifically referring to, but I would say my YA books (The Truth About Drew and 18 Hours to Us) are for 13+. They are clean books, as in no sex or bad language, but they do have kissing scenes and discussions of premarital sex (in both books the characters want to wait until marriage), and 18 Hours touches on bullying and suicide. So I guess it is up to you as a parent whether you think your 11 year old is mature enough for those things. If you have any more questions, feel free to reply to this or private message me.
