Id say 14-15 years. Pretty explicit in sexual content and very vivid with lots of details. More then one scenes too.

13+ because it is about teens and how they want to get involved with boys. It is a very well written book by Judy Blume for teens who think that boys are the most important things in life

I first read it in high school, but it depends on the person reading it. It's pretty explicit so it depends on the reader's maturity level.
