How do you get inspired to write?

Gary H. Collins My parents, relatives and ancestors has such difficult lives that it drives me to make the most of the precious opportunity that I have with mine. It pushes me to do my best every minute of every day. I also think about all the people over the course of human history that were forced to live lives of tragic desperation. It makes me appreciate that there's an opportunity for me to a lead a meaningful existence--which for me, is writing. That's all the inspiration I need.
