What message is the book trying to convey?

Jade Roop The message that is being answered, is that Americans have forgotten their christian heritage, God had a hand in Americas founding and discovery. Christopher Columbus heard a voice telling him to stop wallowing in pity, and that he was chosen to bring the light of Christ to the new world. God had a define plan for america and it has never been revoked. The plan was to be worked out in terms of the settlers covenant with god and each other, The repentance and selflessness of a few resulted in immeasurable for like example, Bradford, Winthrop and Washington compared to Gideon and David. Columbus set out for expeditions for the gold, everything went wrong and opened rebellion, At the end of everything Columbus returned being called the admiral of mosquitoes.
