This is not a real cover though, for a published book that earns money. It's for a wattpad book that you can read for free. So I don't think it infringes on any copyright if you don't monetize it.

I'd definitely think there are copyright issues with using the movie cover like this. All they changed was the text, so it's not like they've made an original piece out of the original image. And it's extremely unlikely that the original image wasn't copyrighted by the studio.
