Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Hana Ferguson Fadness I got the idea for THE SOUND OF RAIN from simply trying to figure the world out myself. It is based on a girl, who is blind, and is trying to put the pieces together in her life so she can figure out her family's mystery. I wrote TSOR when I was in high school going through an extremely tough time with feelings, living situation(s), and relationships with my family and sometimes friends. I was finally able to finish it and publish it when I graduated high school, moved out, and started college.
