I'd say I'm heavily influenced by a number of authors.
I love the Beat Generation authors and grew up reading Bukowski, William S. Burroughs, Jack Kerouac and Allen Ginsberg. I'm also a huge fan of John Fante (who is not technically a Beat Generation author, but influenced Bukowski a lot).
I've also found inspiration by recent, romance authors such as Mia Sheridan, Penelope Douglas, Colleen Hoover, Sophie Kinsella, Zadie Smith, and Amy Harmon.
I'm also into historical romance, thrillers and suspense books, and find inspiration in almost everything.
