I try to write through it. I have a notebook I write in every day. I write even when I don't know what to write.
In Natalie Goldberg's Writing Down the Bones, she'll tell you to just write 'I don't know what to write' or 'I remember...' over and over until something else pops in your head (as she suggests, I give myself 10 minutes). It often does. And if not, I know I gave it my best shot. And I'll try again tomorrow.
