Most of the big chain bookstores will order a copy in for you if you let them know. There are three nice aspects to this. First, if it comes in and you decide you don't want to buy it, they just stick it on their shelf and you aren't stuck with it. Second, if you are a member and pay for it ahead of time, they can have it shipped right to your home. And third, whether it goes to the store location or your home, you don't have to pay shipping. Just stop in and talk to Customer Service and they should be able to help you.
