How to summarize...... the story is about Thor from three different time periods: Young Thor, before he was worthy of carrying Mjolnir, current day Thor and Old King Thor, the last king of a fallen Asgard. Current day Thor comes across the handiwork of a villain from young Thor's past. One that young Thor barely survived an encounter with. His name is Gor, the God Killer. A serial slayer of all the universes gods. All three Thor's will have to stop one of the most dangerous foes they have ever faced. It's great. Jason Aaron just goes crazy writing this. And the artwork... Esad Ribic is one of my favorite comic artists and every page is an absolute home run. This was one of the most excited I've ever been reading a particular arc. Get both hardcovers. It's worth it.
