I have never had writer's block, and I realize how fortunate I am to be able to give this answer to the question. Of course I realize that it's a common issue when it comes to being a writer, and I have been relatively prolific in my writing life to this point, so I have no preconceptions that it won't hit me eventually. I just hope that day is far away.
