For some reason, this particular volume is very pricey (in comparison to the others in the series) on Amazon and AbeBooks, starting from around AUD$50-60 and up. If anyone is willing to sell a copy of Vol 3 (for hopefully less than Amazon!!!) I would love to hear from you :3
