Yes, and no. The publisher (Orbit) only released the books in trade paperback. They did sell the bookclub rights to the Science Fiction and Fantasy Bookclub. They did a hardcover run but they have been sold out for quite some time. I have seen some people selling these limited hard copies online but they tend to be rather expensive. I "think" I have a few copies of them left and sell them at a normal (non price-gouged) price of $25 each. But I'm not 100% of how many I have left. Drop me a line and I'll have my wife look to see what we have available.
UPDATE: The third book in the Riyria Chronicle series, The Death of Dulgath, will be released in hardcover format. I'm trying to get Orbit to allow me to do limited edition copies of all the books, we'll see how that goes.
