Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Caroline James From a wonderful food festival in Ireland - The Kinsale Annual Gourmet Food Festival - three days of mayhem in a beautiful little town on the west coast of southern Ireland which welcomes chefs from the USA for the weekend, to work and compete with the amazing chefs from all the wonderful restaurants in this foodie town. Irish hospitality at it's best!
