Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Gillie Bowen Whilst we were travelling in the Czech Republic in 2000, we came across people who had been through the 'Prague Spring'. I was already fascinated about this time in history and my imagination was fuelled by locals to write 'Forged Exit'. It has been neglected for some time but I was inspired to dig it out earlier this year and I was pleased with what I had written all those years ago. It didn't take long to knock it into shape!
