Dawn Try Red Sparrow by Jason Matthews. The Charm School by Nelson DeMille (and oldie but goodie)
Ann Jones Love the Daniel Silva series with Gabriel (can't come up with last name of character).
But, loved Pilgrim, so you may enjoy Silva.
Patricia An officer and a Spy. Robert Harris.
Amber I felt the same. And I honestly never found anything quite like this. Greg Iles is a great mystery/thriller novelist. Natchez Burning is his latest.
Andrew Forrest Try watching the Green berets with john wayne, more USA propaganda rubbish or reading the Da Vinci Code , an equally awfully written book. Or watching Fox news everynight
Diane Try Daniel Silva ... Love all of his books
Bruce Garland Pretty easy. The Gabriel Allon and John Rain series.
Marlene The Rembrandt affair
Asif Deepro if u like spy thrillers u can try bourne identity ....or any robert ludlum rooks
Jack Heath The Tourist by Olen Steinhauer is even better! Thank me later :)
Deepanjali B Sarkar I am still searching for something as good as I am Pilgrim. It was brilliant and so captivating! Will try Daneil Silva - hope it doesn't disappoint!
Patrick O'Brien Try Invasion or The Horse at the Gates by D.C. Alden
both are great reads and will keep you guessing!
Richard C Garner I, and some friends with similar reading interests, really like Alex Berenson (main character John Wells, CIA)
Ger O Tried David Baldacci yet ?? STONE COLD. riveting
Angela David Ignatius Agents of Innocence.
Chris O'Connor Maybe try out some older classics > THE KEY TO REBECCA is an all time favourite of mine. And THE EYE OF THE NEEDLE is brilliant - if you haven't read that... (KEN FOLLETT)
Wdmoor I'm late to this thread, but I agree with Dawn, Red Sparrow is an excellent choice, as are the books by Jon Stock, Red Cell by Mark Henshaw, a Foreign Country by Charles Cumming, and try the Harry Tate series by Adrian Magson, a British crime-writer with a distinctive twist.
Nandhitha Have you tried Vince Flynn?
Alexandra Brown Robert Ludlum is a good suggestion. Or Restless by William Boyd.
Susan I don't really know. I've been reading Scott Mariani's Ben Hope series and they're good fun.
