Books 1&2 came out April/June 2013 (so I think they were both written before finding a publisher)... Book 3 came out November 2014 (After you asked this question I think)... That's a 17 month delay writing/editing/etc the book, at least.
So... best early guess... 17 months after book 3 came out... April 2016... guess we'll see.
I can see why you'd feel like you've been waiting forever, though. This couple has been hooking up in the background since book 1.
