Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Melissa Klein I got the idea for Her Hometown Hero when watching the T.V. show, Yes, to the Dress. I young widow was marrying her deceased husband's army buddy. I screamed at the T.V. set, "are you crazy? Have you learned nothing?" Then I had to write that story to find out why someone who'd already lost one husband in the line of duty would ever consider marrying another man with a dangerous job. BTW, Her Hometown Hero will be out Oct. 24th.
