I don't really get writer's block much. I have a million ideas and not nearly enough time to get to them all. I do get tired, though, a similar experience. Going through old ideas (giant envelope of those) or reading someone else's work or just sitting down and writing stuff (doesn't need to be serious), even just typing a little of something I like will get me going again.
