The response I got from Amazon is: I'm sorry for the trouble you've had with your Kindle book.After some research, I see that the issue has been raised about this issue and our technical team are working on the issue to resolve this as soon as possible. I don't know what the deal is with customer service at Amazon. It seems to depend on which person you get on the phone as to whether they will fix it for you. They have had the completed book file all along and most people have it. Other than suggesting you contact them again, the only other thing I could do is send you the file myself. Which I would be happy to do. Please send me a message on GR or through my website and I'll help any way I can.
