Goodreads asked Tait Ressler:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Tait Ressler The best thing about being a writer for me is probably the fact that doing this allows me to do whatever I want or dream up anything I want (in a sense play God) when creating my own worlds and characters. Also, since I've only been a writer for a short number of years I still feel as though the best thing in terms of this career path hasn't happened for me yet. Over all though I know that success takes time, hard work, dedication and most of all a willingness to try and understand that the road to the top isn't easy and never will be. If you or anyone you know wishes to do this I hope and pray that you understand that being a writer is not just a career choice but more like a lifestyle choice because, those of us who choose to undertake this mammoth of a challenge need to be one-hundered percent dedicated to it no matter what. In the end good luck and never stop believing in yourself.
