Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

C.R. Taylor I, John came out of my fascination with the last chapter of the Gospel of John. In John 21:22, Peter and Jesus see John following them along the beach, and Jesus says to Peter, "If it is my will that he remains until I return, what is that to you?" Jesus was making a point, of course, but I have always wondered about his words. What if John really did remain, right up until the present day?
