Can anyone recommend recipes in this book that are not too high in sugar? I know it's ironic but I love this chef but don't love sugar.

I've made several cakes (blueberry almond and rhubarb) and loaves this way, for example. If you check Eat Your Books website, other bakers have done this too. Hope that helps. (less)
