Am almost finished with "Louisa Elliot" and "Liam's Story" will be my next. Since I am a writer myself I am troubled that, by reading Ann Victoria Robert's books, I am neglecting the work on my sequel to "We Don't Talk About That". However, as one of my historical writer friends said: "Reading others gives my brain a rest". Is that right?

Ann Roberts It works for me. I always have a novel or biography on hand with which to unwind before I go to sleep - stops me thinking too hard about my own work. Otherwise I'd be awake all night!
