I'm about 180 pages into it and am really enjoying it. The pacing is slow, but I find the characters interesting enough that I want to know what happens in their lives. Wolitzer has a good, often biting sense of humor, which is also adding to my enjoyment. I'm pretty sure I'll be giving it five stars!

I have read half of the book and I share the opinion of Teresa Cook : I want to keep reading but I can't say I love the characters (except Ash maybe ?)... Wait and see !

I loved it! It was a very full book and the characters were wonderfully detailed. My entire book club thought it was fantastic.

The book is definitely keeping me reading, but I can't say I love the characters-- too self-absorbed. And there are times I want to shout, "too much information!" But I want to know how it ends, so I'll keep at it.
