Out of a 10 of how interesting the plot and understanding of this story is, what would you rate it? (opinion based) Thinking to read this book but I feel like the blurb isn't very self-explanatory.

M. N. i'd give it a 10. The story is told through an eye witness who is under a lot of pressure to be true to herself. There is a lot of raw emtion, confusion, angst - all dealt with sensitivity against a setting of a real-life drama.
