Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
I love to read as all of you here. However, I have always found that it is very easy to promote and share the happiness of love- the happiness of being with someone. We tend to look at social media and see all of the happy beautiful posts we tend to share with our loved ones. Yet we don't see the struggles we carry with each relationship. We shy away from showing the imperfections of relationships. We tend to sweep under the rug the issues, the pain, or the abuse at times. We tend not to want to hear from those the issues they are having and as a result we silence them. I wanted to raise my voice for those who struggle. For those who feel that the pain they feel is love. For those who feel that love hurts and its ok! I wanted to tell those who are feeling "stuck" in a relationship they don't want, that it is ok to leave. That it is ok to leave people behind who tear you apart. I want them to know that there are people that care about their situation and are more than willing to talk about it. I wanted to help give a voice to those who have had their voice taken away and replaced with fear.
