Yes, there are a few. They start to occur after Jonas is given the memory of a family celebrating a holiday.
Jonas asks his parents, "Do you love me?"
Their reply: "you used a very generalized word, so meaningless that it's become almost obsolete, [...] You could ask, 'Do you enjoy me?' [...] 'Do you take pride in my accomplishments?' "

" [...] I do," he replied slowly. It was his first lie to his parents.
