Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Paul McGee My last book 'How to Speak So People Really Listen' was a distillation of the things I have learnt as a professional speaker. It is about developing skills as a communicator, as an inspirational speaker, as someone who can get people to listen. These skills were refined in practice: teaching others communication skills in-house to my clients, and also during my public classes.
