I saw some where this wasn't coming out until 2019. is that true?

☽ Rhiannon ✭ Mistwalker ☾ The currently listed publication date (December 31, 2018) is pure conjecture. I am *dying* for my Chessie/Terrible fix but some random librarian added that date and there is zero evidence that it is coming out :(
