Naomi Esrig So, his entire family has come out to publicly announce that his book is completely made up. It is possible he was abused by his mother, but it is almost definite that he exaggerated this abuse in his book to be recognized by society as a writer, as he was most likely never acknowledged as a human being when he was a child. In a more general case, the abused child may grow up with various mental diseases. Serial killers and rapists throughout history, including John Wayne Gacy, showed signs of abuse as a child.

James Patrick He grew up to become a professional victim. A man who had so little belief in society and integrity that the felt the only way to get people to listen to his abuse was by exaggerating the acts until they appear comically farcical.
