What's the difference between the US edition and the UK one?

Katie The titles as well as the covers are completely different, but the content is obviously the same. Sure, some syntactic structures, spellings and words are changed so American/British readers won't get confused by a type of English they're not used to, but that's pretty much it.
Alison The UK version is hardcover while the US version is paperback. I haven't check more info about this but it seems just like it since I've been looking for the US hardcover edition.
Kavi (kit kat) There's not much of a difference between them i guess. I have the UK version. i've seen the US version. The spelling of some words are different. But overall, same story, same cover. :)
