I’m confused about the dental marks found on Johana. Who do they belong to if not Victor???

So I wondered if it was just a set up for the next sequel? Or have i missed something? I thought for a second it had something to do with Amaia's mother since she bit the nurse and all that, but obviously that doesn't makes sense either(less)
