I’m confused about the dental marks found on Johana. Who do they belong to if not Victor???

All of the body parts found in the cave displayed human bite marks (not basajaun? and why would he bite them, doesn't really makes sense to me) and none of them matched victor's. So I wondered if it was just a set up for the next sequel? Or have i missed something? I thought for a second it had something to do with Amaia's mother since she bit the nurse and all that, but obviously that doesn't makes sense either(less)
