Do you think 'Her Story' is the first anthology that discussed about the issues of women at work place?

Amrit Sinha not very sure, but i do think so. there are a few whuich focus around women and social issues troubling them, but havent come across a book solely focused about issues of women at workplace.

Nice initiative indeed and I hope it would be an equally good read
Vivek No. There was an anthology called Ripples( APK publishers) many years back which had short stories dealing exclusively with women.
Shruti Fatehpuria Well, methinks, it isn't really important if an anthology is first of its own kind, as long as it is doing something that sets it apart from the crowd. Women empowerment is becoming the need of the hour with the newspapers being crammed with cases which should put a lot of men to shame. In such bleak scenarios, one can hope for anthologies like this to bear the torchlight that can work like the stars in the dead of the night :)
Sometimes, it is the tiny spark that lights the whole sky.
Ayan Pal 'Her Story' is the first Indian anthology that has allowed not just women, but also a few lucky men to share stories involving women at the workplace. Though fictional, the stories are laced with reality, and peppered with real life events, making this anthology definitely a first of its kind in many ways!
Sudama Panigrahi I had read 'A calender Too crowded' a fine short story collection, completely dedicated to women issues...written by Sagarika Chakraborty.
