Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

T.L. Callahan My love of mythology played a major role in the idea for the Paldimori Games series. I've always loved Greek mythology and architecture. However, I didn't want to do just another book on the Olympians. The Theogony by Hesoid helped me to re-imagine the Greek gods in a different way. I started thinking about what if the world didn't really form in this way or that way. What if it was an intermingling of creation theories and it's all put in jeopardy? From there the characters just took on a life of their own and the story evolved into so much more than I had initially imagined.
