I don't know. I feel like more adults/teens should read this book, as it covers a beautiful topic. Probably gets overlooked because it is not a high reading level, but otherwise this book is amazing & emotional :)

I think such amazing books get overlooked because some people think that they are way above this reading level and reading this book will not be challenging for them. Some factors that contribute to this is the age of the main character. Otherwise, I just don't know why people overlook such wonderful books!

Because some people aren't sure if it is on their level, so they are scared to read it. And might I add, some people do think they are stupid, I have a friend who thinks that.

Many adult readers overlook great books because they are fearful the reading level makes them seems like they are not intelligent. I just recently got turned onto books for Middle School students as I have grand children in this age group. I love recommended and sharing books with them.

I'm not sure. I actually over looked it myself, until someone recommend this book to me. I guess the cover looked sort of plain so it didn't catch my attention to much... I guess that's where "never judge a book by its cover" comes from.
